AWS Well-Architected Framework Review

Cloud architecture built on AWS best practices

As an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, we review your critical workloads against the AWS Well-Architected Framework and give you prioritized findings and a clear roadmap to fix them.

AWS Well-Architected Framework Review
Why it matters

Reduce risk, save costs and innovate faster

The Well-Architected Framework Review turns a high-level check of your critical workload into decisions your team can act on.

Reduce risk

Find weak spots before incidents.

We check your workload against all six pillars and rank every gap by criticality, so the biggest risks get fixed first.

Save costs

Stop paying for what you don't use.

The review surfaces unnecessary spend and gives you estimated time and cost for each fix, so you can scale without overspending.

Innovate faster

Respond to change with confidence.

With good architectural habits in place, your team can change designs and workloads faster, without breaking what works.

AWS Well-Architected Review

amazon

A global customer lifecycle management platform serving mid-size and large companies ran high-availability production workloads on AWS. As the environment grew, the risks stayed hidden: security gaps across IAM, network and encryption, weak disaster recovery readiness and service-quota limits, thin observability, and inconsistent governance across environments.

We ran an AWS Well-Architected Framework Review of the production workloads and mapped the high and critical findings. The client received a prioritized remediation roadmap with costs grouped by team, application and environment, plus engineering-ready recommendations, all within a short 1–2 week delivery cycle.

The client moved from gaps and reactive recovery to hardened IAM with encryption by default, a defined and tested DR model, streamlined CI/CD with better observability, and standardized practices across environments. Cost visibility improved too, and a clear optimization roadmap now guides what to fix next.

Sustainable AWS Cost Optimization

amazon
A consumer electronics retailer's high-traffic online store was running up its AWS bill. Traffic between frontend, backend and databases was routed inefficiently, database compute was underused, and no long-term savings mechanism was in place despite predictable workloads.

We started with an AWS Well-Architected Review to pinpoint the infrastructure issues, then analyzed cloud usage with the client's engineers. Optimizing data flows and database operations cut the load on compute, so we downsized several AWS services without hurting performance.

Savings Plans, recommended for the predictable workloads, locked in lower rates for the year ahead. Monthly AWS costs fell by 58%, spending became predictable, and the store runs smoothly on a foundation built for sustainable growth.reduced monthly AWS costs, established predictable cloud spending, and created a sustainable foundation for future growth.
