Phase Two is an innovative open-source provider specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, leveraging Key Cloak technology. Within the cybersecurity segment, Phase Two offers a robust Key Cloak-based SaaS that manages authorization and authentication services critical to numerous enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Customer Challenge
Phase Two initially hosted its Key Cloak authorization and authentication services on self-managed infrastructure, supplemented by custom enhancements to improve service reliability and manageability. Given IAM’s essential role in their clients’ operations, Phase Two must ensure exceptionally high availability, aiming for a near-perfect uptime standard. In addition to reliability, Phase Two faced a critical need to maintain rigorous security standards, recognizing that any vulnerability could severely compromise their clients’ operations, resulting in substantial financial and reputational losses.
Before partnering with Triangu, Phase Two had established foundational monitoring capabilities. Our Solution
Triangu partnered with Phase Two to significantly enhance its monitoring and incident management capabilities. Leveraging advanced technologies — including Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Helm, ArgoCD, DataDog, and OpsGenie, Triangu implemented a comprehensive monitoring solution that improved visibility into application workflows and critical infrastructure processes.
AWS services, particularly Amazon EKS, played a central role in the solution, enabled Phase Two to scale their containerized Key Cloak deployments efficiently. ArgoCD and Helm streamlined continuous deployment and version control, ensuring consistent and reliable updates. Triangu also integrated DataDog to expand Phase Two’s monitoring capabilities, enhancing operational insights, while OpsGenie facilitated immediate and precise alerting, significantly reducing incident response times.
Triangu provided extensive support services throughout the implementation process, assisting Phase Two during both pre- and post-deployment phases, ensuring seamless integration and rapid adoption of the new monitoring framework.
